1. GENERAL CONDITIONS At SmileKit Lab, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Due to the nature of our teeth whitening products, items must be returned in their original, unopened, and factory-sealed condition within 14 days of delivery.
2. HYGIENE PROTOCOL For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of the SMILEKIT™ or PAP+ Gels if the protective heat-shrink wrap or safety seals have been tampered with or broken.
3. SATISFACTION REVIEW PROCESS We are committed to your results. If you believe the product has not met the performance standards described, you must submit a formal review request to help@smilekitlab.com within 14 days of receipt. This request must include:

High-resolution "Before and After" photographs.

Photographic evidence of the Shade Guide used during the treatment.
Batch number of the gel syringes. Our clinical review team will evaluate your case within 5 business days.
